Materials That You Need for Extreme Chocolate Cake
2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
5 1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation of Extreme Chocolate Cake

Start with pre heat oven to 350F. Take two 9 inch cake pans; grease the bottom and line with baking paper.

Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Then add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and mix them with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Then stir in the 1 cup of boiling water by hand. Then pour this cake mixture into two cake pans. Bake cakes in pre heated oven for 30-35 minutes. When it bakes, toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes into pans and then remove pans allow for completely cooling.

Now, it is time to prepare frosting. Take butter in a bowl and beat it until becomes fluffy. Add cocoa and confectioners’ sugar and stir alternately with the milk and vanilla. Continue beating until it gets proper consistency for spreading.

Cut the cakes horizontally to obtain total 4 layers. Take first cake on service plate and cover it with frosting. Repeat the same procedure for each layer. When you get 4th layer spread remaining frosting on top and sides to cover all around the cake.
