Gooey Chocolate Cake

Materials of Gooey Chocolate Cake:
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 ounces melted and cooled dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- Raspberry liqueur
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Chocolate Chip Buttercream
- Dark chocolate shavings
Preparation Of Gooey chocolate cake
Take a large bowl and mix the flour, baking soda and salt in it.
Then mix butter and granulated sugar in mixer until it will be light. Add chocolate and vaniilo into this mixture and mix it for 3 minutes for proper beat. Add the first egg and continue mixing. Then beat the another egg by mixing 3 minutes. It is time to mix the dry ingredients! Gradually mix all the dry ingredients by adding cold water. Beat 1 minute for obtain smooth batter.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Now it is time to prepare cake! Take a round cake pan. It is good to use nonstick cooking spray. So cake does not stick to the base and form protected. Add the batter that you have prepared. Use a spatula to obtain a smooth surface. After 30-35 minutes the cake will cooked.
After the cake cool, take it from the pan and pour few tablespoons of raspberry liqueur on it.
Spread 1/2 cup Chocolate Chip Buttercream on top of the first layer from starting in the center. Then place the second layer on this cream. Smooth the sides with buttercream and use rest of them to cover all around the cake. Cool it in the refrigetor for 5 minutes before you decorate. You can decorate it as you want with dark chocolate shavings.
