Materials That You Need for Indulgent Chocolate and Raspberry Brownie
For Preparation of Brownies
240g dark chocolate
250g unsalted butter, chopped
4 eggs, lightly whisked
1½ cups (330g) brown sugar
1¼ (185g) plain flour, sifted
¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder, sifted
¼ teaspoon baking powder
For Preparation of Chocolate topping
½ cup (125ml) thickened cream
200g dark eating chocolate, chopped
250g raspberries, to decorate

Let’s start with brownie. First; pre heat oven to 180C. Take 20cm round spring-form cake and grease the bottom. Line the bottom and sides of tin with baking paper. Put chocolate and butter in a saucepan and stir them to obtain smooth mixture on low heat. Wait for cooling slightly. Then add eggs; whisk to combine well.
Take a bowl and add sugar, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add chocolate mixture on them. Mix until all of them combined well. Fold berries. Pour this batter into prepared tin and bake for 50 minutes. Then leave the cake to cool for 10 minutes. After that transfer to wire rack and allow it completely cool.
To prepare topping; take cream into a pan over the medium heat. Heat it to bring boil. After that take it from heat and add chocolates on heated cream. Stir and combine two of them.
Pour this topping mixture on to cooled brownie. Cover the top by spreading topping. It can be drip down the sides. Then decorate your Brownie as you want with raspberries.
